Websankul is an institute which provides online and offline courses for the preparations of all the competitive exams in Gujarat. This 2000 sqft studio which we have designed is a multi functional space. Here they can conduct offline classes and mock interviews. A lot of digital lectures, promotional videos & reels are also shot in this space.
A linear Passage leading to the studio has a large wall with the company’s logo on it. It has a waiting area facing this wall. The ceiling surface here breaks the linearity of the space .For any studio space to work the light & sound design are key. To make this studio space acoustically better, we have paneled the peripheral surfaces which doubles up as backdrop for their promotional video shoots. Floor is fully carpeted for further sound absorbance. Track lights in the ceiling give a lot of flexibility in lighting up the space for different functions. Central space is kept completely barrier free for seating arrangement during the classes. A large white table at the front is for the mock interviews. The veneer paneled wall is openable, with a TV screen within.
