Project Brief

This 45 year old bungalow was to be renovated as per the requirements of the younger generation of the same owners.

Design Approach

The staircase is strategically placed at the centre of the house from where one can access all the spaces. Large window were provided to have maximum natural light. In order to give the building a contemporary look, the mass was framed at first floor level along the longitudinal axis. All white built form makes the house look lighter visually.
